Election activities have started in earnest and going smoothly in Brass LGA. As at 8.30am INEC officials were already in place waiting for voters. All polling units are in place.
At Dr.Goodluck Jonathan's polling unit in Otuoke, the card reader failed, as it did during the last general election, and the ex-president has gone back inside his house, waiting for a replacement of the card reader.
